Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Dmarket is an in-game item trading platform and a monetization technology for game developers, content creators, brands, and players. Dmarket is a niche marketplace where e-commerce and blockchain technologies are intertwined to ensure the uniqueness of each individual digital item. And now we create a gaming metaverse with Dmarket as the center. We are looking for a strategic partner with whom we can bring revolutionary ideas to life and build a unique gaming economy. You will work closely with the CEO and COO. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an actively developing competitive niche with new markets and products.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Required skills and expertise:

  • Unquestionable C-level experience.
  • Professional experience with Blockchain.
  • Gaming or interactive entertainment experience.
  • Solid expertise in at least one of the digital marketing areas ( PPC, SEO, Content, etс).
  • Proven strategic experience designing and delivering impactful marketing solutions;
  • Experience with analytics tools: GA, Google Data Studio (Would be a plus: Tableau, Power BI);
  • Previous experience in promoting new products (play-to-earn strategy) and remarketing.
  • Team Player: You are highly collaborative and can lead across functions and in matrixed organizations.
  • Creativity: You thrive in an environment without a set playbook and are excited to build a scalable, high-impact marketing program.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized.

Would be a plus:

  • Interest in the gaming sphere, Blockchain, and ICO would be a plus.
  • Experience in launching monetization and gamification strategies will be a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing digital marketing strategy by studying industry trends indicators, identifying customer profiles and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition with a constant benchmarking analysis.
  • Collecting and analyzing ads performance (ROI, CPC, CTR).
  • Evaluating market trends and offering new creative marketing solutions.
  • Analyzing the results of work, making suggestions for improvement.
  • Overseeing market research incl. competition analysis, market segmentation, segment sizing, player positioning, etc.
  • Develop a yearly budget for the marketing team.
  • Ownership and development of the brand, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels.
  • Communicate the brand identity with the team.
  • Sift through marketing data to find the important trends.
  • Create marketing reports to show to executives.
