REQUIREMENTS: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar or related leadership role
  • Higher education (Master’s degree preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
  • Fluent English language skills both in written and verbal
  • Advanced use of modern computer software used for daily work-related activities. Readiness to learn to use new programs and software
  • Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written form. 
  • Self-motivated. 
  • Excellent management skills. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility.  
  • Analytical thinking with strong mathematical and logical thinking and skills. 
  • Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team player. 
  • Highly organized and have a capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent time management skills. 
  • Good stress tolerance.  
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture

Will be a plus: 

  • Experience working in Sales in Financial Industry 

WORK DUTIES:

  • Create and deliver the strategic plan on client service matters; 
  • Set up the processes aimed at revenue generation;
  • Develop and communicate growth strategies in partnership with the management board;
  • Develop offers and strategies which enable the development of the specific regions and revenue increase;
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximize the returns on marketing investment;
  • Identify opportunities for partnership development and oversee the creation of specific products targeting selected markets;
  • Provide competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics;
  • Monitor all the revenue streams and adjust when necessary;
  • Forecast revenue generation required strategic planning and implementation.
