REQUIREMENTS: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar or related leadership role
  • Higher education (Master’s degree preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
  • Fluent English language skills both in written and verbal
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage large diverse teams
  • Self-motivated;
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Analytical thinking with strong mathematical and logical thinking skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Highly organized and a capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good stress tolerance
  • Strong attention to detail, but ability to see the bigger picture at the same time
  • Deep sales experience 
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing, product or service management.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial sector
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets over 15M euro

WORK DUTIES: 

  • Prepare the company’s marketing and product strategy
  • Oversee the execution of marketing and product strategic plans
  • Identify market conditions and determine their impact on strategy
  • Define competitive marketing and product strategy through the segmentation and value proposition definition
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
  • Prepare the company’s marketing and product strategy
  • Oversee product development to align correct marketing strategies
  • Position the brand, branding media promotions, and ensure communications are designed to deliver a consistent message
  • Develop and review company’s processes around marketing and product teams
  • Ensure consistent storytelling; lead the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs
  • Drive product development strategy that leads to a sustainable products growth
