Customer Support Representative

Today, we connect consumers to affordable lab tests across 47 states and 2,300 labs. We’re hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team and help our customers get access to the lab tests they need.

English: Fluent (both speaking and writing).

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 3pm-11pm (Kiev time) OR Tuesday - Saturday: 3pm-11pm (Kiev time).

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Communicate with customers through various channels including phone calls and emails;
  • Know our customer-facing offering thoroughly so that you can answer questions;
  • Data entry including customer comments, status updates, and pricing;
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary;
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer support process;
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints;
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and ambiguous environment (such as researching information online to answer questions).
