Важно:

  • 5+ years of relevant operational excellence, corporate development and change management experience, preferably in the Software Development sector
  • Proven record of high performance and outstanding achievements in your past positions
  • Deep expertise in one or several areas – operating models and operational improvements, sales and marketing strategies, service introduction and service portfolio management
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively to the broader cross-functional group – both stakeholders and executors
  • Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others

Задачи:

а) операционная часть: построение процессов, ролей, центра компетенций, метрик, разработка масштабируемой операционной модели.

б) направление сервисного портфеля: планирование и ведение разработки и запуска нового портфеля сервисов и проектной бизнес модели.

в) тактическое планирование для функций: маркетинговая и региональные планы. 

Английский язык - свободный разговорный и письменный, команда и бизнес общается только на английском.

Локация: remote. HQ - Британия, Delivery центры - Польша (450ч). 

Этапы отбора:

1. Интервью с командой Indigo.

2. Интервью с Head of CMO and Operational Excellence (1ч).

3. Интервью с СЕО или HR (30мин).
