Developer Experience Engineer

What you will do:

• Establish and lead innovative initiatives to transform and revolutionise the developer experience and developer productivity. 
• Liaise with the Developer Experience Lead to help establish and implement continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, test and build best practices and optimisations across the organisation. 
• Work closely and collaboratively with engineers to gather inputs for new initiatives and provide support and mentoring on continuous delivery best practices.
• Drive towards operational excellence and build great technical solutions.
• Coordinate with developers to identify pipeline bottlenecks and produce innovative solutions. 

What we’re looking for:

• A strong Software Engineer with a keen interest in performance and optimization, driving creative and innovative solutions to accelerate the dev teams. 
• 4+ years of experience with software development in a distributed, fast paced environment, implementing full life cycle projects in cloud environments adhering to Agile and DevOps principles.
• Strong working knowledge of CI/CD, JavaScript/TypeScript testing and build frameworks and how to optimise them. A good understanding of typical DevOps practices is also required. 
• Excellent verbal and written English
