You will:

Manage all People Operations functions, such as onboarding / offboarding, benefit & compensation administration, visa-related requests, payroll, time-off requests, and performance management

Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations

Supervise and oversee the entirety of the "remote office" operations (home equipment, trips, inventory)

Take full ownership of team member documentation including contracts, amendments and all other items pertinent to the team member lifecycle.

Accountable for HRIS data including team member records and information changes such as promotions, terminations, paternity leaves

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all people data both in the HRIS and ancillary systems

Document, implement and work to improve upon processes, procedures, tools, and programs relating to the team member lifecycle

Plan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture, including team buildings and offsites

Maintain industry-leading practices to foster a best in class workforce and culture of security and compliance

Serve as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and employees

Serve as a primary point of escalation and internal team member support for more complex cases, providing policy guidance and interpretation as needed
We are looking for someone who has:
-
2+ years of experience in people operations at a fast-moving technology scale-up (ideally, you have contributed to scaling from 30 to 200+)

Proven track record of delivering projects that impact teams

Understanding of the entire team member lifecycle, with the ability to recommend process-oriented and/or operational solutions to improve the team member experience

Experience with people management tools and software: Greenhouse, HRIS (HiBob, BambooHR, etc.)

Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic
-
Ability to focus on details, are meticulous and observant
-
Ability to use discretion and handle highly sensitive information

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions
