SuperWorld's virtual real estate platform (Superworldapp.com) allows users to buy virtual plots of land anywhere in the world, share in revenue generated by user activity, and become a key stakeholder on our platform. Additionally, our mobile application allows users and brands to personalize the real world by adding anything anywhere in augmented reality with interactive 3D objects, photos, videos, audio, texts, and share the AR experience with their followers.

SuperWorld is the Virtual World in augmented reality, mapped onto the real world, and allowing users to create, discover, and monetize content in AR.SuperWorld social content is cross-platform and we will have apps on future AR headsets from Apple, Facebook and Google.

SuperWorld is looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to lead and sharpen the CRM strategies.

Monetization: selling NFTs, users can create their own NFTs and sell digital art and other content; advertising; e-commerce; digital commerce; gaming; data analytics.

Location: remote.

The Team includes 50 people. The team is based mainly in the USA, with a few people in Finland and the UK. 
Senior CRM Specialist will be a part of sales & marketing department. It consists of Director of Growth, Marketer and a content marketer. CRM specialist works with Head of Product and the content marketer day-to-day. 1 team meeting per week on average, but more frequent brief 1:1 calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and visualize sales funnel (on Miro or other like platforms) from scratch; devise CRM strategy accordingly;
  • Create deals pipeline accordingly;
  • Design and launch CRM campaigns and create automatic workflows for drips emails targeting various user segments;
  • Continuously optimizing core features such as workflow automation via AB tests; 
  • Enable all suitable features to be adopted - CTA and forms for example - to maximize automation of otherwise manual tasks;
  • Implement HS tracking to-and-from external platforms such as Facebook and Google and the product;
  • Unite and lead CRM tasks across departments - including BD, marketing, product, analytics; 
  • Build and maintain dashboards for all the important CRM activities including but not limited to HubSpot; support analysis of the activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of excellent experience with marketing & sales functions on CRM software (HubSpot, Safesforce, Braze, Mailchimp etc.);
  • Deep knowledge about sales funnel - e.g. lifecycle stages and lead statuses; 
  • Hands-on experience with sales funnel - has built sales funnel and deal pipelines in CRM software from scratch.
  • 3+ years of experience with tracking setup within CRM software with a data-driven mindset;
  • Experience with AB tests to optimize campaign performances;
  • Proficiency in building email templates via HTML;
  • Great team player is a must;
  • Detail-driven and organized.

Note: the CRM software here mainly refers to HubSpot. Whereas experience with HubSpot is a must, experience with multiple other software is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in copywriting and/or design;
  • Marketing or customer success background;
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain and Web3.0.
