Senior Manual QA for German Starup

Flash is a Berlin based and venture backed startup. They were founded very recently (October 2021) and at the moment have a team of 5 engineers. Right now we`re only an MVP with an iOS app, and alongside with scaling and developing it we want to build a web app. We built an e-commerce app that helps brands to sell online via our app with much better user experience both for them and their customers.

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA to join the company and help lead us through the early stages of growth.

Working Conditions: remote or office in Kiev. Flexible working hours. No time trackers. All necessary hardware is provided.

Team: currently there are Tech Lead, 2 Senior iOS engineers and one Full Stack Engineer on the project.

Core requirements:

• Experience with testing of services that works over binary communication protocols

• Experience with mobile apps profiling

• Knowledge of iOS and Android guidelines

• Experience with clients usage for BE testing (Postman, Paw, Insomnia, JMeter, etc)

• Experience with mobile apps traffic sniffing

Stages of selection:

screening interview with the recruiter (20 minutes)
intro call with CPO (1 hour)
