Responsibilities:

Monitor & manage the performance of the performance marketing channels.

Launch & optimize advertising campaigns (including setting S2S tracking, targeting) to achieve KPIs

Analyze traffic and upper-funnel performance to improve campaigns results

Conversion costs optimization and budget management

Extend and develop current and new campaigns to increase traffic volumes

Plan traffic buys and report performance results to set and achieve quarterly goals

Proven experience with PPC & Display advertising campaigns

Proven Cases - with social ads, lead campaigns

Understanding of Marketing Analytics / Reporting

English upper-intermediate (ideally - advanced)

Experience with content management & Wireframes
Requirements, hard skills:

3+ years of experience with direct response advertising for B2C products

Proven cases of successful development and execution marketing strategy

Experience in defining and launching marketing programs and promo campaigns

Experience in customer experience management and advertising

Knowledge of key market players, advertising payment models, traffic types

Experience working with wide variety of teams within a company

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
