Senior Server-side JavaScript Developer

What you’ll do
Design, code, test, and maintain the server-side functionality for our backend technologies
Employ agile principles to deliver quality software in a timely manner
Leverage JavaScript, SQL and Typescript to build scalable, distributed computing and algorithmic functionality
Develop server-side scripts and API's to be utilized by the UI (web-based or thin Java UI) via Rest APIs
Conceptualize and implement solutions for data storage

You should have
Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing backend functionality
Strong computer science (algorithms, data structures, etc.) fundamentals
Strong OOP and software design knowledge
Experience in the development of unit and integration testing to automate quality assurance
Good communication skills
Financial industry experience is a big plus
Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or TypeScript
