Tech Lead

What we’re looking for:

• A strong Software Engineer with a keen interest in performance and optimization, driving creative and innovative solutions to accelerate the dev teams. 
• 7+ years of experience with software development in a distributed, fast-paced environment, implementing full life cycle projects in cloud environments adhering to Agile and DevOps principles.
• Experience as team lead, both leading development tasks and mentoring engineers.
• Strong working knowledge of Node.js, CI/CD, JavaScript/TypeScript testing and building frameworks and how to optimize them. A good understanding of typical DevOps practices is also required. 
• Excellent verbal and written English

What you will do:

• Establish and lead innovative initiatives to transform and revolutionize the developer experience and developer productivity, leading a team of like-minded Software Developers. 
• Liaise with the head of engineering to help establish and implement continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, test and build best practices and optimizations across the organization. 
• Work closely and collaboratively with engineers to gather inputs for new initiatives and provide support and mentoring on continuous delivery best practices.
• Lead team’s execution, the quality team produces, the speed and cadence of delivery, but most importantly, develop the team’s culture, environment, and overall growth of the people on it.
• Drive towards operational excellence and build great technical solutions.
• Coordinate with developers to identify pipeline bottlenecks and produce innovative solutions.
