AI Automation Engineer (Middle/Middle+)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI agents capable of task execution (not just RAG/chatbots).
• Scale AI solutions from initial R&D to a stable production environment.
• Integrate LLMs (GPT, Gemini) with external tools like Jira, Slack, and advertising APIs.
• Optimize agent decision-making logic and error handling for live use.

Key Technical Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI, ML, or Data Science.
• Production experience: You must have released at least one AI agent-based system to production (real-world users/use cases).
• Strong Python skills: Deep understanding of the Python ecosystem as the primary language for AI.
• LLM & Agent Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, CrewAI, or similar, focusing on tool-calling and planning.

Engineering Basics: Solid experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) to ensure system reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing or traffic arbitrage data.
• Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads APIs.
• Basic knowledge of React (to better coordinate with frontend tasks).
