Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who ensures top-quality hiring and candidate experience throughout the full process.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Have worked with various types of roles (technical, marketing, managerial) and feel confident navigating international markets
- Enjoy an efficient, metric-driven process (deadlines, KPIs, conversions)
- Quickly grasp new industries and role specifics
- Value inclusive and thoughtful communication
- Speak English at Upper-Intermediate+ level to comfortably engage with clients and candidates
What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from client briefing to offer.
- Work with diverse profiles: from engineers to C-level executives.
- Source candidates independently and in collaboration with sourcing specialists.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare executive summaries.
- Communicate directly with clients, acting as a trusted hiring partner.
- Use modern tools and data-driven sourcing approaches.
Our tools: Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply.io, Snov.io, Wandify, Juicebox, Bluedot, Magical.ai, ChatGPT Team, Google Workspace.
