2007

Year of Foundation. Our name was inspired by the idea of the people of the future — talented individuals with superpowers. Those we call A-players — people with the vision and abilities to change the world.

2008

Year of Transformation. We endured our first global crisis and mass layoffs across the labor market. We made two defining moves: focused on IT recruiting and went remote-only — long before it became mainstream.

2013

Year of Analytics. We launched Ukraine’s first offline IT Recruiting School. Conducted our first salary reports and market analytics for Oracle.

2017

Year of Growth. Expanded our reach to 26 countries and closed our first 1,000 roles. Held four #TruKyiv anti-conferences for tech recruiters. Shared our expertise — our articles were read 665,000 times.

2020

Year of Resilience. Filled 100 C-level roles and gained new clients even amid the pandemic. Our salary reports were read 65,000 times. We defined our core values: Deliver — Care — Improve.

2021

Year of Influence. Filled 200 roles across Central & Eastern Europe and Latin America. Conducted 5 recruiting audits and 20 salary reports. Launched training programs for veterans and professionals at a later career stage. Invested $20,000 in social projects for teenagers.

2022

Year of Bravery. The full-scale invasion in Ukraine tested us — but it also strengthened our Ukrainian identity and accelerated our global expansion. Our team now works from 12 countries worldwide. We spun off our Executive Search practice into .Gidni — a space for finding worthy leaders.

2023

Year of Innovation. Launched our Career Consulting School to help professionals navigate their path consciously. Advanced automation, adopted a data-driven approach, and began integrating AI into our operations. Our focus remains the same — people who create the future.
