Mission of the Role
To build and scale the sales function from scratch — setting up processes, driving the first B2B sales personally, developing a strong pipeline from warm leads and your network, and forming a team to support inbound growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy and processes from the ground up.
- Personally lead initial B2B sales, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain a sales funnel, pipeline, and forecasting system.
- Select and implement a CRM system (HubSpot / Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead processing and conversion.
- Expand partnerships and network within crypto, fintech, payments, software development, iGaming, and affiliate networks — through introductions, events, and conferences.
- Build and manage the sales team; the company is ready to expand the department based on justified need.
- Work jointly with an external sales consultant on defining KPIs and OKRs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales for IT / Product companies with a focus on Fintech, Payments, Crypto, or Web3.
- Hands-on experience selling to international markets (EU, MENA, Asia; experience with LatAm or North America is a plus).
- Established network in crypto/fintech/web3 ecosystems.
- Proven track record managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing.
- English — C1 level.
- Bonus points for experience in Web3, crypto, or leading fintech companies.
Soft skills: proactive, ambitious, energetic; skilled at navigating fast-paced discussions, handling objections confidently, and maintaining a sense of humor under pressure.
