At Laba Group, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us hire talented, motivated, and value-driven people.
This role isn’t just about “closing vacancies” — it’s about partnership with the business, analytics, strategy, and developing the recruitment function.
Yes, challenges will happen. But you’ll also have the space to grow, freedom to make decisions, strong team support, and the feeling that your work truly shapes the company’s future. 🚀
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from briefing to offer.
- Develop and implement sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Conduct screening and in-depth interviews (competency-based, case, behavioral) to assess motivation, skills, and culture fit.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and influence decision-making.
- Work with analytics: optimize funnels, improve conversion rates, and identify insights.
- Strengthen the employer brand and create an excellent candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the global recruiting team, share best practices, and participate in cross-functional projects.
- In the long run — mentor new colleagues and help build a strong recruitment team.
What We Expect From You
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, focusing on middle/senior or hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers as an equal.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment funnel and analytical approach to hiring.
- Fluent Ukrainian and at least B2 English — you’ll communicate with international colleagues and candidates.
- Structured, autonomous, responsible, and proactive.
- Ready to grow into a Team Lead role — not “someday,” but in the near future.
- Able to argue your position respectfully and influence processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring other recruiters or helping teammates grow.
- Participation in global recruitment projects or relocation campaigns.
- Familiarity with automation, AI tools, or analytics dashboards.
- Experience launching or improving recruitment processes in a company.
What We Offer
- Flexible schedule: 8-hour workday with a flexible start (between 8:00 and 11:00).
- Hybrid format: 2–3 days per week from the Kyiv office (Podil, with generator), the rest — remote.
- Unlimited learning: access to all Laba Group courses + reimbursement for external learning and English classes.
- Unlimited vacation and sick leave, because rest is part of productivity.
- Wellbeing support: compensation and programs for mental and physical health.
- A collaborative team that’s not just about processes — but about growing together.
- Career growth opportunities: a clear path toward a Team Lead role.
