About the Role
We are looking for an HR Director who can build and strengthen the HR function as a comprehensive system: covering recruitment, retention, learning, and operational HR processes within a dynamic, performance-driven environment. This role is designed for a business-minded professional who works with metrics and takes full ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen the Hiring Engine: Build and optimize recruitment processes, funnels, and quality of hire. Supervise recruiters with a focus on high-volume junior pipelines, as well as key performance and back-office roles.
- Support the Team Through Change: Manage retention, reduce turnover, and mitigate risks related to burnout in a high-paced setting.
- Systematize Onboarding and Training: Create structured, clear, and scalable educational materials and processes.
- Implement Automation and AI: Integrate AI tools into HR routines (job descriptions, screening, training materials) alongside HRIS.
- Define Roles and Performance: Bring transparency to areas of responsibility and performance evaluation approaches, particularly for back-office teams.
- Manage International Operations: Support international hiring and onboarding of contractors, specifically focusing on regions like the Philippines.
Must-have Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years in HR with a proven track record of building processes (either in a leadership role or as a "solo HR" function).
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment as a system (funnels, conversions, speed, and quality).
- Language: English B2+ (for working with international contractors and English-language materials).
- Tech-Savviness: Experience with HRIS (Hurma, PeopleForce, or similar); a genuine passion for Automation and AI is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Practicality, independence, and the ability to propose solutions while taking full responsibility.
- Data-driven approach: experience in making management decisions based on data analysis, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and transform them into actionable steps that drive business performance.
What to Expect
We operate at a high tempo with a performance-driven logic and honest communication. We expect a leader who stays close to the team—especially the performance department—and can support the business through periods of transformation.
