Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an attentive and creative Talent Sourcer who will build strong, high-quality pipelines for each role within optimal timelines.
Your background:
- 2+ years in sourcing or IT recruitment.
- A genuine passion for sourcing as your core career path.
- Ability to engage even “passive” candidates.
- Proficiency in Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.
- Flexibility and ability to maintain a fast pace across multiple projects.
- Curiosity about tech, automation, and AI.
- English at Intermediate+ level (reading & writing).
What You’ll Do
- Develop sourcing strategies and research candidate markets.
- Identify and engage candidates for engineering, business, and leadership roles.
- Use modern tools and creative sourcing approaches.
- Partner with experienced Indigo recruiters on international projects.
- Be the first point of contact for candidates and create a positive experience.
- Launch automated outreach campaigns (email/LinkedIn), run A/B tests, and increase open/reply/interested rates through personalization.
- Conduct initial text screenings and schedule interviews with recruiters.
- Maintain candidate databases and keep information up to date in Zoho Recruit.
Our toolkit: Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply.io, Snov.io, Wandify, Juicebox, Bluedot, Magical.ai, ChatGPT Team, Google Workspace.

Recruitment Process
1. Intro Call (up to 30 min) – we’ll tell you about Indigo, our culture, workflow, compensation system, and team.
2. Professional Interview (60–90 min) – value and culture fit, skills and expertise check, intro to your future Team Lead.
3. Job Offer Call (30 min) – meet the CEO, receive the offer, and finalize collaboration details.
