Location: Lviv (office-based, full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy across multiple product lines;
- Scale international sales and expand the partner network;
- Launch and develop sales channels for components and technological solutions;
- Lead the sales team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with product, production, and marketing teams;
- Build a transparent KPI system, forecasting processes, and CRM management;
- Participate in key negotiations, exhibitions, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B or B2G sales with long sales cycles;
- Proven leadership experience and track record of building commercial teams;
- Experience scaling sales and working with international partners;
- Strong spoken English;
- A structured, autonomous, and results-driven mindset.
