We are looking for a Product Researcher / Product Lead who will act as the bridge between the engineering team and the people who use the system in the fieldThis role combines field research, product discovery, and technical communication.

You will spend time with drone manufacturers, drone operators, technicians, and brigades to understand how systems are actually used, what problems they face, and where the product can be improved.

Your insights will directly influence product decisions and engineering priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct field research with drone operators, technicians, brigades, and OEM partners
• Observe how systems are installed, configured, and used in real environments
• Identify problems, friction points, and opportunities for product improvement
• Translate real-world insights into clear product problems and opportunities
• Work closely with engineers to shape potential solutions
• Create simple documentation such as product notes, process descriptions, and installation guides
• Develop basic wireframes or workflow diagrams when needed
• Communicate insights clearly to both engineering and leadership

The goal of this role is not to produce long reports, but to surface insights that improve how the system works in real operations.

What We’re Looking For

This role requires someone curious, proactive, and comfortable working directly with users in the field.

Fluency in Ukrainian and English is important, as the role requires communication with both Ukrainian users and international engineers.

Field Work
