Your mission
To develop and execute a media strategy that will:
- significantly grow audience reach and engagement
- strengthen brand awareness globally
- build a scalable and high-performing media team
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a media strategy for 12 months (growth, reach, positioning)
- Own and drive social media growth across key platforms (Instagram, Telegram, X, TikTok)
- Build and manage the media team (SMM, video editors, designers, etc.)
- Establish efficient workflows and content production processes
- Ensure consistency and quality of content
- Work closely with leadership to align media with overall business goals
- Develop and execute initiatives to engage and grow the fanbase
- Contribute to PR and brand presence
- Participate in merchandise and sponsor integrations
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in media, marketing, or SMM
- Proven experience in a leadership role (team management)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Ability to build and scale content strategies
- Experience working with analytics and performance metrics
- Clear understanding of internet culture and trends
- Understanding of esports / gaming industry (important)
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive results
Would be a plus
- Experience in esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment
- Experience launching or scaling merchandise
- Experience working with influencers
- Experience building a team from scratch
