- Own features end-to-end: from idea to release and iteration
- Define product hypotheses, success metrics, and validate solutions
- Prioritize backlog based on business goals and product strategy
- Write clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, maintain backlog structure
- Analyze feature performance and user behavior
- Work with user and stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams
- Maintain product documentation (Confluence)
- Willingness to work hands-on (no dedicated BA support)
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work in ambiguity and take ownership
- Proactive approach without “rebuilding everything from scratch”
- Strong communication and alignment skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- strong background in Business Analysis with hands-on involvement in product decisions (hypotheses, metrics, prioritization) and a clear motivation to transition into Product
- experience in B2B / SaaS products
- experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
- understanding of A/B testing, MVP, and experimentation
- experience in AdTech / programmatic
- Remote (Ukraine / Europe)
