We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to expand the company’s strategic partnerships within the AdTech ecosystem. The role will focus on identifying, negotiating, and developing partnerships with relevant industry players and will report directly to the CEO.
Profitable AdTech company operating in the programmatic advertising ecosystem for more than 2 years.
Position Capacity:
Full-time, office-based role in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in the AdTech industry (business development,
partnerships, or strategic sales roles).
• Proven experience working with companies within the programmatic advertising
ecosystem (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, publishers, ad networks, or related platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to identify, approach, and develop commercial partnerships.
• Strong professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new strategic partnerships within the AdTech ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners.
• Lead commercial discussions and partnership negotiations.
• Work closely with the CEO and internal teams to support partner onboarding and growth.
