Technical Writer

Professional Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer

• Advanced level of English

• The ability to analyze information from many sources and transform it into a single whole

• Good interviewing skills to gather information about current work processes

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of markdown, HTML, basic CSS

Main Responsibilities:

• Describe the current processes of working with the product

• Describe existing and new product features, keep the documentation up-to-date

• Develop and update documentation structure as the content grows

• Explore the product features

• Process newly implemented modifications and update the documentation accordingly

Additional:

• Experience in Fintech or Banking

• Experience with Docusaurus

• Experience with Version control systems

• Clear and Comprehensive Documentation - the documentation for the company products effectively communicates complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, is user-friendly and easy to understand at the same time.

• Accurate and Consistent Documentation - the documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across all materials. This includes reviewing and editing documentation to correct errors and inconsistencies, as well as updating documentation to reflect changes in product functionality or features.

• Timely Delivery of Documentation - the documentation delivery is performed in a timely manner, which means meeting deadlines and project milestones as required.

• Documentation Platform Enhancements - Docusaurus platform functionality is improved to increase usage convenience.

• Documentation for all instances - the documentation is available for all locations operating the CloudPulse system.
