Head of Operations (Military-tech)

Location: on-site, Lviv (office / production)

Key responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management: Coordination of procurement, production, logistics, and sales.
Process Building: Establishing clear interaction frameworks between teams and optimizing end-to-end processes.
Scaling: Adapting production capacity to meet growing demand.
Control: Monitoring timelines, costs, quality, and operational efficiency.
Compliance: Ensuring occupational safety standards and compliance with labor legislation.
Strategy: Co-developing the company’s operating model together with the founders.

Our expectations:

• Proven experience in operations management within the real sector (manufacturing, logistics, supply chain)
• Successful track record of building or transforming processes from scratch or in high-growth environments
• Understanding of Lean principles or ISO standards (a plus)
• English level: B1–B2
• Ability to operate in a high-uncertainty environment and take on broad responsibility (COO-ready level)
• Understanding of IT solutions for business and, preferably, hands-on experience in selecting and implementing them together with cross-functional teams
• Experience with automation and visualization of management reporting
