As a Sales Manager, your focus will be on working with warm leads and existing clients — no cold calls. You’ll receive full support from the Head of Sales, structured onboarding, sales training, access to the right tools, and a transparent KPI system.

Your main responsibilities:
- Work with warm leads: consult clients about our courses, make calls to existing contacts, and offer new products.
- Identify and understand the needs of creative professionals while clearly communicating the value of our educational products.
- Keep client data up to date in HubSpot CRM.
- Continuously learn about our products to strengthen your expertise and advise clients more effectively.
- Communicate with clients via email and messengers.
- Enjoy achieving and exceeding targets — and helping your team break new records together.
