Your key responsibilities:

Lead complex business analysis initiatives for fintech platforms, including EMI, PSP, banking, and white-label ecosystems, across multiple product domains.

Build and manage a high-performing team of Business Analysts (6–12 people), ensuring high standards in deliverables, communication, and collaboration.

Collaborate directly with C-level and senior stakeholders, aligning business needs and technical capabilities with strategic goals and regulatory frameworks.

Define, track, and report on performance KPIs for the business analysis team, using insights to drive improvements and growth.

Launch new products to market from scratch, working closely with cross-functional development teams (3–4+ teams per product).

Guide the full-cycle integration of third-party services (APIs, SDKs), overseeing architecture, functionality, and post-integration optimisation.

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.

Create, review, and maintain detailed documentation: business requirements, user stories, technical specifications, integration manuals, and training materials.

Manage analytical tools and dashboards—both usage and setup—to extract insights and support data-driven decisions.

Take part in hiring, mentoring, coaching, and professional development of analysts; lead regular performance reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Act as a key knowledge transfer resource, leading workshops, demos, and stakeholder onboarding across product lines.
- Participate in setting team strategy with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), contributing to product and organisational growth.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

6+ years of experience in product-based companies, working in Business and Systems Analysis roles.

Experience leading business analysis teams and driving team growth through structured mentorship and hiring.

Proven success in launching and managing both desktop platforms and mobile applications (with publicly accessible examples, not under NDA).

Hands-on experience in analytics tools and dashboards — able to configure, interpret, and communicate insights.

Strong understanding of fintech domains (EMI, PSP, banking, white-label systems), including regulatory frameworks (PSD2, AML, KYC).

Experience managing products involving at least 3–4 development teams and within companies of 50+ people.

Advanced experience in third-party integrations and technical ecosystems, including API documentation and database structures.

Excellent written and spoken English (B2 or higher), capable of leading communication with international stakeholders and producing high-quality documentation in English.

Familiarity with B2B and B2C environments, Agile methodologies, and UI/UX principles (including mockups in Figma).

Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to drive outcomes and take responsibility for strategic product decisions.

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, SQL, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
