What are the advantages of BPO recruitment compared to internal recruitment?

Talent sourcing is the process of creating a long list of candidates that meet your job vacancy requirements, including contact information. This allows your recruiters to promptly reach out to them and discuss potential employment opportunities.
The cost per contact is $15. We do not search for less than 100 candidates per position to ensure a sufficient flow of candidates to achieve results. For example, to create a list of 200 candidates, you would need to pay $3000 (200 candidates x $15).
There are no additional fees if you order the basic package. However, there may be an additional fee of $1000 if you hire more than two candidates from the list within 12 months in the additional services option.
The list includes the candidate's first and last name, position, location, and contact information. We also include links to candidate profiles so your recruiters can quickly get in touch with them.
