What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and positioning to negotiation and deal closure
- Leverage your personal network and industry outreach (events, LinkedIn, warm leads) to drive new business
- Collaborate directly with leadership to define growth plans, sales quotas, and market priorities
- Engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and deliver tailored service-based solutions
- Close initial deals within the first 3–6 months and continue to scale up results
- Co-create compelling value propositions and refine messaging as needed
- Operate independently while staying aligned with the company’s strategic direction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in selling IT outsourcing/outstaffing services (dedicated teams, managed services, team extension)
- Proven ability to independently generate and convert leads into long-term clients
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English — confident in presentations, negotiations, and client communication
- A hunter mindset — proactive, hands-on, and driven by outcomes
- Readiness to travel for events, conferences, or client meetings (when applicable)
- Entrepreneurial spirit — comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership
