The Mission: To strengthen the company’s outbound sales efforts through strategic ownership, independent execution, and a results-driven approach.

 What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and positioning to negotiation and deal closure
  • Leverage your personal network and industry outreach (events, LinkedIn, warm leads) to drive new business
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to define growth plans, sales quotas, and market priorities
  • Engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and deliver tailored service-based solutions
  • Close initial deals within the first 3–6 months and continue to scale up results
  • Co-create compelling value propositions and refine messaging as needed
  • Operate independently while staying aligned with the company’s strategic direction

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in selling IT outsourcing/outstaffing services (dedicated teams, managed services, team extension)
  • Proven ability to independently generate and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English — confident in presentations, negotiations, and client communication
  • A hunter mindset — proactive, hands-on, and driven by outcomes
  • Readiness to travel for events, conferences, or client meetings (when applicable)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership
