Lead DB/B2 developer

We are looking for a Lead DB/B2 Developer to oversee a team of developers, manage database development and maintenance, administer Oracle databases, support credit products via the B2 module, and handle PBI module development. The role also involves independently resolving critical issues and ensuring effective teamwork.

Professional Qualifications:

• Experience in the role of Team/Tech Lead (1+ years)
• CS B2 Core Banking system (2+ years experience)
• OracleDB (5+ years);
• PostgreSQL (5+ years);
• Data Warehouses (3+ years);
• Pl / SQL (3+ years)
• PowerBI (as a plus)
• AWS (RDS, RedShift), Oracle IaaS, Oracle PaaS
• Practical skill to read and comprehend other developers’ code
• Experience providing and receiving constructive feedback and recommendations
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of DB and B2 developers
• Development and maintenance of databases, procedures
• Oracle database administration and support, creation and support of credit products via B2 module
• Development and maintenance of PBI module
• Independent resolution of urgent critical issues and incidents
• Effective teamwork

Additional:

• Experience in FinTech industry
• Proficiency with BPM Camunda
• Deep understanding of ELT/ETL processes and Core Banking mechanics
• AWS Technologies (RDS, RedShift)
