Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the HR and recruitment industry, with clear differentiation for both B2B and B2C audiences in the U.S.
Design and implement strategies for brand building, talent attraction, and retention marketing—targeted both at clients and candidates/employees.
Lead and manage content and social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with business development and HR teams to align marketing with sales, talent acquisition, and employer branding strategies.
Bring a proactive, hands-on approach to marketing challenges, constantly identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation
Oversee PR efforts, brand positioning, and external communications to build thought leadership and elevate the company’s market presence.
Take ownership of client and employee retention marketing efforts, using data-driven strategies to enhance loyalty, engagement, and satisfaction.
Collect, analyze, and translate marketing data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns, increase ROI, and support decision-making at all levels.
Manage and mentor a distributed, global marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance across geographies.
Build and manage a network of external vendors and partners around the world, ensuring consistent execution and quality.
Manage large-scale marketing budgets, aligning resource allocation with business goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Fluetn English speaker with outstanding communication and writing skills.
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in HR, recruitment, or professional services industries.
Strong command of both B2C in different markets and B2B marketing strategies in the U.S. market.
Deep expertise in data analysis, performance marketing, and marketing measurement frameworks (including KPIs, attribution models, and funnel optimization).
Proven ability to build and execute customer and employee retention strategies.
Hands-on experience in content marketing, social media strategy, and public relations.
Experience managing global teams remotely and working across diverse cultures.
Skilled in coordinating multiple vendors and marketing partners internationally.
Strategic thinker with business acumen and experience managing large marketing budgets.
