Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information while working across multiple time zones and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and itinerary planning for both local and international travel
• Prepare, proofread, and manage business correspondence, reports, and executive presentations
• Support the CEO in daily communications and ensure timely follow-ups on key priorities and action items
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication
• Assist with the planning and execution of executive meetings, off-sites, and special projects
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information
• Support ad hoc administrative and personal tasks, contributing to overall CEO’s work-day efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and problem solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with multiple teams in a fast paced environment
