We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our HR practices, focusing on people operations, employee engagement, rewards, and culture across our European teams. The ideal candidate will align with other HR functions to serve the European part of our business teams effectively.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on people operations,

engagement, and culture.

● Experience in both corporate and startup environments, demonstrating a solid

HR foundation along with agility and ability to learn and move quickly.

● Strong knowledge of European labor laws and employment practices (Optional).

● Excellent communication skills in English.

● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

● Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player with high integrity.

● Ability to strategize and implement HR policies and practices that align with

business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

People operations:

● Develop and manage HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals.

● Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.

● Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across Europe

Employee Engagement:

● Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

● Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gauge employee sentiment and address concerns.

● Promote a positive work environment through recognition programs and team-building activities.

Rewards and Benefits:

● Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

● Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our offerings are competitive in the market.

● Provide guidance on reward strategies to support business objectives.

Culture and Organizational Development:

● Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

● Lead efforts to define and promote the company's values and cultural initiatives.

● Support change management processes and organizational development projects.

HR Strategy and Management:

● Align HR strategies with business objectives across the European region.

● Advise and support management on HR issues and policies.

● Partner with various stakeholders to drive HR projects and initiatives.
