Responsibilities

  • Confidently represent the company's services and value proposition
  • Design and implement a clear and effective sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership to define quotas and growth strategies
  • Meet with prospective clients to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and partnership trends
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation through to contract finalization

Requirements

  • Relevant experience or qualifications in sales or business
  • An existing network of potential clients or broad industry contacts across multiple sectors
  • Proven success in a Tech Sales Manager or similar role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience managing relationships with both SMBs and enterprise-level clients
  • Ability to drive sales from strategic planning to deal closure
  • Quick learning capabilities and a sound understanding of IT outstaffing services
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both written and verbal)
