Your key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, focusing on fintech products such as EMI, PSP, and banking systems.
- Support market and competitor research efforts to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
- Participate in the integration of third-party services (APIs, SDKs), ensuring documentation and functionality meet requirements.
- Assist with user story creation, process mapping, and business case development under the guidance of senior analysts or product managers.
- Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and post-integration support to ensure smooth product performance.
- Create clear and concise documentation: use cases, technical specs, integration guides, and user manuals.
- Work within Agile development frameworks, contributing to sprint planning and reviews.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on product expectations and delivery goals.
- Support knowledge transfer activities such as product walkthroughs, internal demos, and onboarding sessions.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in fintech or a related industry.
- Support market and competitor research efforts to inform product decisions and identify opportunities. with EMI, PSP, banking services, or white-label fintech products is a strong plus.
- Experience in drafting user stories, workflows, and wireframes (tools like Miro, Figma, or similar).
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficient in communication across teams, able to convey technical and business concepts clearly.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and usability best practices is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus, but not required.
