Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on FP&A Manager to be based in Bucharest and report directly to the CFO. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting, playing a key role in driving profitability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decisions and investment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and reforecasting, partnering with local teams to identify risks and opportunities.
- Deliver management and Board reports, providing insights on business performance.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial models to support strategic planning.
- Lead initiatives in process automation, reporting improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct investment and capital expenditure analyses for informed decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of FP&A experience in retail, manufacturing, or trading industries within international/structured corporate settings.
- Big 4 or multinational company experience is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS standards, strong financial modeling skills, and advanced Excel.
- Fluent in Romanian or Russian, and English.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business, or related fields; accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
