Product Manager

Requirements:

• Develops Feature and User Stories with measurable performance outcomes (e.g. feature usage analysis)
• Articulates and communicates ideas well with both business and technical teams
• Experienced at managing and prioritising a development team backlog
• Key contributor to the overall business product vision and roadmap
• Collaborates well and works closely with a range of business users 
• Able to get feedback from customers, stakeholders and insights from market - e.g. customer interviews and market research
• Experienced within a Fintech domain
• Strong written and spoken English level
• Minimum of 5 years experienced as a Product Owner and/or with strong business analysis and requirements analysis skills

Desirable:

• Experience with development of customer apps and/or APIs
• Experience with core financial platform and other systems relating to the management of consumer credit products
• Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with working in Agile or similar development environment
