Key responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with demand partners such as ATDS and DSPs
  • To provide informational support of the Company’s clients during their on-boarding, campaign set-up, daily maintenance, optimizations and accounts receivable, campaign tracking and reporting to ensure that the processes are conducted quickly and accurately
  • To provide best service and operations support to their publisher partner relationships
  • To observe the operation of existing clients’ accounts and advise on activities that may contribute to    their growth.
  • To handle day to day maintenance of existing clients’ accounts and contribute to growing them.
  • To maintain the highest level of customer service
  • To assist with the contract and insertion order process to ensure that all paperwork is properly competed
  • To provide opinion to the Company on any potential improvement in meeting clients’ needs 
  • To communicate with the Company’s demand side teams to ensure that the clients’ needs are met in a timely manner and consult the Company on possible optimization efforts and overall campaign performance
  • To follow the Company’s policy and culture as well as procedures appointed by superiors 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in programmatic and/or platform sales (CTV/OTT /Broadcasters, video, mobile, tech/platform, ad serving, programmatic), with direct experience building strategic Demand relationships
  • You have a strong understanding of the CTV programmatic ecosystem
  • Proven relationships with top players in the CTV space (DSPs/ATDs)
  • Familiarity with online video and broadcast advertising, with an emphasis on OTT and CTV
  • High attention to details, strong analytical, strategic problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, strong presentation skills
  •  Eagerness to work in a fast-growing technology company which is helping transform the advertising industry
