- You have at least 10 years of experience in the gaming and outsourcing industry.
- Leading at the C-level feels natural to you, especially in roles focused on business development and sales.
- You’re confident in negotiating major deals and building lasting client partnerships.
- Numbers are your friend: budgeting, EBITDA, P&L – you’re comfortable with all of it.
- You can take a vision, turn it into a plan, and guide a team to make it happen.
- Your leadership style is transparent and inspiring, and you communicate with clarity and empathy.

- Guide and inspire teams in business development, marketing, and presale to achieve ambitious goals.
- Represent the company at industry events and negotiations, acting as a trusted partner for clients.
- Develop strategies to adapt to market trends and secure the company’s position as a leader.
- Foster a culture of openness, accountability, and collaboration.
