The company operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where customer focus, ownership, urgency, and commercial thinking are essential.
The company is now strengthening its Customer Success function and looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager / Upsale who can not only manage client relationships, but also grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
About the Role
This is a senior client-facing role with a strong commercial focus. The main priority is to develop existing client accounts, increase revenue, and build long-term strategic relationships.
The role is ideal for someone with a sales-first mindset: a person who can identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, proactively start conversations, offer solutions, and drive them to results.
This is not an administrative Customer Success role. It requires someone who thinks in terms of business development, client value, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive upsell and cross-sell revenue within existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders, primarily in the US market.
- Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery, Recruitment, Finance, HR, and Sales teams.
- Monitor account health, client satisfaction, margin trends, and key KPIs.
- Proactively identify risks within accounts and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Participate in client onboarding and strategic business review sessions.
- Act as a senior escalation point for client satisfaction issues.
- Support smooth client handover from Sales to operational teams.
- Work with CRM, reporting, and account analytics to track account dynamics and growth opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong B2B client-facing experience, ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Client Partner, or similar roles.
Key requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B client-facing roles.
- Proven experience in upsell, cross-sell, or revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Strong customer-first approach and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Sales-first mindset: focused on closing opportunities, not only maintaining accounts.
- Experience managing complex client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proactive communication style: comfortable with calls, verbal follow-ups, and quick problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze account health, risks, margins, and growth opportunities.
- Fluent written and spoken English, as the primary communication will be with international clients.
- Availability for international business travel, including to the US.
Experience in service companies, outsourcing, outstaffing, professional services, or other businesses with complex B2B client relationships will be an advantage.

Work Format
The role is remote within the European time zone and involves close collaboration with international clients, as well as readiness for business travel.
For this position, the ability to travel to the US is important, so having a valid US visa will be a strong advantage.
