We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and guide the recruitment team, drive full-cycle recruitment processes, and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet the talent needs of our global clients. You will be a key player in refining recruitment workflows and reporting on key metrics while leading a talented team of recruiters and sourcers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers
- Create effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of candidates
- Manage recruitment analytics and report on team performance and KPIs
- Optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage budgets and recruitment tools (e.g., Zoho, Workable)
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment within IT outsourcing companies
- 3+ years of team management experience in recruitment
- Proven success in global talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Expertise in recruitment analytics and reporting on KPIs
- Experience with recruitment tools such as Zoho and Workable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends is a plus
- HR or recruitment certifications are a strong advantage
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
