We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and guide the recruitment team, drive full-cycle recruitment processes, and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet the talent needs of our global clients. You will be a key player in refining recruitment workflows and reporting on key metrics while leading a talented team of recruiters and sourcers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers
Create effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of candidates
Manage recruitment analytics and report on team performance and KPIs
Optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency in talent acquisition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Manage budgets and recruitment tools (e.g., Zoho, Workable)

Required Experience and Skills:

5+ years of experience in technical recruitment within IT outsourcing companies
3+ years of team management experience in recruitment
Proven success in global talent acquisition
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Expertise in recruitment analytics and reporting on KPIs
Experience with recruitment tools such as Zoho and Workable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively
Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends is a plus

HR or recruitment certifications are a strong advantage

Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
