We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager who will help strengthen the company’s marketing function and make it more measurable, structured, and focused on business results.
This role is a good fit for someone who is interested in working in a complex B2B AdTech niche, understanding different products and ICPs, influencing marketing strategy, and still staying hands-on in day-to-day tasks.
The role will focus on marketing analytics, reporting, HubSpot, SEO and PPC oversight, coordination of content, PR, and external vendors, as well as supporting GTM activities for new products and brands.
The key business goal is to help marketing generate measurable results: qualified leads, registrations, clear revenue impact, and more efficient use of the marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities
— analyze the performance of marketing activities, leads, conversions, and ROI;
— build and improve marketing reporting and dashboards;
— work with HubSpot: email campaigns, LinkedIn activities, analytics, and CRM data;
— coordinate the work of the SEO agency and assess the quality of its results;
— oversee PPC activities in terms of performance, KPIs, and business efficiency;
— collaborate with content, PR, design, and external vendors;
— support GTM activities for new products and brands;
— work with different target audiences across DSP, SSP, and AdExchange products;
— help build a more mature, data-driven marketing function.
Requirements
— experience in B2B marketing;
— experience in AdTech / MarTech / digital advertising / B2B SaaS would be a strong advantage;
— strong analytical skills and ability to work with marketing data;
— experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation tools;
— understanding of SEO and PPC at the level of managing agencies or external vendors;
— hands-on mindset, not only high-level strategic thinking;
— ability to quickly understand a complex product and different ICPs;
— English level B2+;
— independence, attention to detail, and ownership of results.

Conditions
— format: remote / hybrid / office, preferably Ukraine or Europe;
— Kyiv location would be a plus, but it is not a strict requirement;
— compensation is discussed depending on the level of experience;
— for relevant senior candidates in Ukraine, a military reservation option may be available after the probation period.
