Your key responsibilities:

Lead and manage business analysis activities for complex fintech projects, with a focus on EMI, PSP, banking, and white-label solutions.

Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking purposes.

Participating in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring post-integration of solutions.

Oversee the end-to-end integration of third-party services (APIs, SDKs) to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders (internal and external) to define product requirements, align with business goals, and deliver solutions that meet regulatory standards.

Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.

Develop and manage complex documentation, including detailed use cases, user stories, and technical specifications.

Provide senior-level guidance during troubleshooting, testing, and post-integration processes, ensuring swift resolution of issues.

Create and maintain advanced technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, and training materials for teams and clients.

Serve as the key point of contact for knowledge transfer, mentoring junior analysts, and leading workshops or product demonstrations for stakeholders.
Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech, with a strong background in EMI, PSP, banking systems, and white-label solutions.

Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments.

Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.
-
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proven experience leading third-party integrations and managing complex technical ecosystems.
-
Deep understanding of SWIFT payment systems and its role in global financial infrastructure (highly preferred).

Ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across product, development, and external partners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data.

Expertise in regulatory and compliance frameworks specific to fintech (e.g., PSD2, AML, KYC).

Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading discussions at a senior level.

Fluency in English (Upper-intermediate or higher).

Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.

Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma).

Experience with SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
